We specialize in close tolerance machining of castings, forgings, and bar stock and
we can accomodate your needs from 10 to 10,000 pieces. We have up to
2 inch bar capacity and 8 inch chucking capacity on our CNC lathes and
automatic machines. Our vertical CNC capabilities allow us to use a work
envelope of 24"X48"x22".
Any special tools, jigs, or fictures which may be required to produce your parts are designed and manufactured in-house. This allows us to maintain total control of your most stringent delivery requests.
All of our primary machining is complimented with a complete line of secondary machining capabilities, including:
- Centerless grinding
- Production milling
- Drilling and tapping
